If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the following regulations that will guide you through our return and exchange process:

-Time Frame: The established deadline for returns or exchanges is 14 days from the date of purchase. -Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be presented to process your request. 

- Item Condition: The item must be in its original, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all tags & labels attached.

-Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item, the refund will be issued within approximately 3 days, depending on your bank’s processing period. 

- Please note that for returns and exchanges requiring delivery, shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

International policy: We regret to inform you that refunds and exchanges cannot be performed. However, exceptions will be made in cases where the wrong items are delivered. In such cases, proof of the error must be presented to process the return or exchange.
